Job Summary: A strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing leader with a passion for building and scaling brands in the hospitality, lifestyle, and travel industries. You are an expert in digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement, with a proven ability to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and direct bookings. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and excel at leading cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with modern travelers, particularly Gen Z and Millennials.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, brand vision, and revenue goals.
- Define and drive brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Identify key market trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities for brand expansion.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial goals and contribute to revenue growth.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management
- Lead the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, social, PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, and offline activations.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to drive direct bookings, guest engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely campaign rollouts.
- Oversee creative production, ensuring brand storytelling and visuals maintain high-impact aesthetics.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Designs, executes, and optimizes digital campaigns that generate measurable results.
- Ensures cost-effective and efficient strategies through data analysis and continuous adjustments to maximize campaign performance.
- Optimizes conversions and enhances the customer experience across digital channels.
Social Media, Content, & Influencer Marketing
- Creates and plans content, interacting with the audience, and monitoring trends.
- Develops posts, videos, and other visual formats aligned with the brand.
- Identifies, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers to promote the brand.
- Measures the effectiveness of campaigns using analytical tools and adjusting strategies.
- Encourage audience participation through interactive activities and managing online reputation.
Partnerships, PR & Community Engagement
- Develop and nurture strategic brand partnerships to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
- Lead PR efforts, securing press coverage in key lifestyle, travel, and hospitality publications.
- Create event activations and experiences that generate buzz and strengthen the brand’s positioning.
- Build community engagement programs that foster guest loyalty and word-of-mouth marketing.
Data-Driven Marketing & ROI Optimization
- Analyzes marketing data, web traffic, social media, and sales to understand consumer behavior and the effectiveness of strategies.
- Customizes and adjusts marketing campaigns based on data insights to improve segmentation, messaging, and tactics.
- Measures and evaluate ROI, optimizing campaigns and reallocating resources as needed to maximize profitability.
- Regular reports on campaign performance and ROI are presented to management or clients.
- Generates reports on campaign performance and ROI, providing insights to management or clients to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or travel marketing, preferably in fast-growing brands.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- A strong eye for storytelling, content creation, and audience engagement.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience optimizing marketing efforts based on insights and analytics.
- A trend-spotter who understands Gen Z & Millennial travel behaviors and how to engage them.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and creative professionals.
- A hands-on, creative, and entrepreneurial approach to marketing.
- Exceptional project management, leadership, and communication skills.
