Housekeeper Manager

• Incorporate new staff, ensuring they have received the correct training.
• Manage the schedules and tasks of the housekeeping team.
• Handle guest communication and address complaints.
• Manage the reception inventory/stock and ensure office supply materials are properly ordered.
• Ensure synergy in daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Guarantee customer service standards.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facilities: coordinate with reception to verify that rooms are ready for guests, ensuring cleaning services are properly conducted.
• Work together with the housekeeping staff to keep bathrooms, kitchens, floors, desks, fans, offices, carpets, F&B areas, etc., clean.
• Notify the Operations Manager of necessary supplies (inventory) for ordering.
• Keep the kitchen clean and fully stocked with necessary utensils.
• Assist with any daily purchases or other tasks to keep the hotel in order.

Requirements for the Role

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• More than 2 years of experience as a team leader.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping.
