Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to create an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
3. Employer Branding
- Promote the organization’s employer brand by creating engaging content for social media, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
4. Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and HR software.
• Strong understanding of employer branding strategies.
• Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
