Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Virtual Kitchen Marketing Specialist to develop and execute
marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive online orders, and boost customer engagement.
This role will focus on digital marketing, social media management, promotions, and brand storytelling
tailored to the unique needs of virtual kitchens. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service
or e-commerce industry, possess strong analytical skills, and be adept at leveraging digital tools to optimize
marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing plans to increase brand
awareness and online sales for virtual kitchens.
• Digital Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads,
Facebook, Instagram, and food delivery apps.
• Social Media Management: Develop and maintain engaging social media content across multiple
channels to attract and retain customers.
• SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website content, blog posts, and listings for search engines to
improve organic traffic.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Design and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty
programs to boost customer engagement and retention.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Work with influencers, food bloggers, and brand ambassadors to
increase brand reach.
• Customer Insights & Analytics: Analyze customer behavior, order trends, and marketing
performance metrics to refine marketing strategies.
• Email & SMS Marketing: Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive repeat
business and brand loyalty.
• Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that highlight the brand’s unique value proposition
and engage customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen operations, designers, and delivery
platform teams to align marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce marketing.
• Strong understanding of online food ordering platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Pedidos Ya, Rappi, etc.).
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable marketing insights.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
• Experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
