Role Overview
The Virtual Kitchen (VK) Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, inn
app marketing strategies of delivery-only service or cloud kitchen. This role requires a blend of operational
expertise and drive sales, streamline workflows, and optimize online performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the virtual kitchen, including order management, inventory
control, and delivery coordination.
• Manage the process of brand activation in each location for each country in Latin America.
• Ensure smooth integration and performance across food delivery platforms like Uber Eats, Rappi,
and Pedidos Ya.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize kitchen workflows.
• Monitor food quality, packaging, and delivery speed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Implement automation tools and technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and align all promotions in all multiple delivery partners.
• Collaborate with marketing specialist regarding in app delivery marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Corporate Head Chef regarding new product development.
• Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine marketing efforts and menu offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong understanding of the Latin American food delivery market and consumer behavior.
• Experience working with restaurant management software and online ordering platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus.
• Passion for food and innovation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
