Paid Media Specialist (Ads Optimizar)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms while ensuring effective tracking and reporting setups. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to enhance online visibility, drive conversions, and maximize ad spend efficiency.
Paid Media & Advertising
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to align media strategies with business objective
- Manage operations (set up, optimize, monitor) for paid campaigns and daily optimizations (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (SEO, SEM, PPC), and other digital platforms).
- Effectively communicate campaign performance and insights, updates, data analytics with digital marketing manager daily/weekly/monthly.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad creative optimization to improve conversion rates as discussed.
- Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency with the digital marketing manager.
- Generate detailed reports on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
- Experiment with emerging digital media opportunities to enhance brand reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital advertising, PPC, SEO, and SEM.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel setup.
Experience in conversion tracking setup (GA4, Meta Events, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, UTMs, First-party Data Tracking).
Proficiency in SEO optimization tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and customer journey is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing digital trends.
Ability to work under pressure, highly responsible in a remote work environment.
