Job Summary: If you're passionate about SEO and data-driven decision-making, then this opportunity is for you. We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with expertise in technical SEO implementation and SEO strategy development. The ideal candidate, working closely with the digital marketing manager, will be responsible for optimizing the website, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic growth. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO best practices, and data-driven optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies for improved rankings.
Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page elements.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues.
Work with a developer on SEO-friendly site architecture.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues.
Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Implement link-building strategies.
Optimize local SEO and Google Business Profile.
Provide SEO recommendations for site redesigns and migrations.
Monitor and develop a monthly SEO strategy for ongoing optimization.
Technical SEO Audit
Full crawl analysis (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sitebulb).
Indexing & crawlability review (robots.txt, XML sitemap, redirects).
Site structure, URL optimization, and internal linking audit.
Mobile usability and Core Web Vitals performance check.
Schema markup review (structured data for hotels, FAQ, breadcrumbs).
Duplicate content, canonical tags, and page speed evaluation.
Technical Fixes & Enhancements
Resolve broken links, 404 errors, and redirects.
Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals.
Implement structured data markup (Hotel, FAQ, Breadcrumbs, Events).
Improve mobile experience & page loading times.
Optimize robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and canonicalization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical SEO and strategy.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Up-to-date with SEO trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in technical SEO and SEO strategy.
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of server-side SEO.
Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing.
Familiar with the hospitality industry is a plus.
SEO certifications are a bonus.
