Job Summary:
You are a social catalyst with a natural ability to connect people and create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere. As the heart of the property’s guest experience, you thrive in high-energy environments and take pride in fostering unforgettable moments. Your mission is to build a dynamic, social, and inclusive community where every guest feels like they belong
Guest Engagement & Hosting
- Act as the ultimate host, ensuring guests feel welcomed, connected, and engaged from check-in to check-out.
- Proactively introduce guests to one another and create an inclusive social environment.
- Regularly interact with guests, taking the pulse of the community and adjusting experiences accordingly.
Event & Experience Curation
- Plan, organize, and lead daily activities such as game nights, pool parties, pub crawls, live music events, fitness sessions, and cultural excursions.
- Partner with local tour operators, artists, musicians, and performers to enhance programming.
- Oversee the execution of key signature events that define the property’s identity.
Community Building & Social Engagement
- Foster a sense of belonging by encouraging guest participation in events and property-wide social initiatives.
- Develop relationships with long-stay guests, digital nomads, and repeat visitors to strengthen the property’s community feel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to capture engaging content for social media and increase event visibility.
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Director of Experience, F&B, and entertainment teams to align guest experience with brand standards.
- Gather guest feedback and track engagement to continuously improve events and social programming.
- Assist in training staff on experience-led service and community engagement best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- A natural entertainer with strong interpersonal skills, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Experienced in hospitality, nightlife, event planning, or guest relations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, social environment where no two days are the same.
- Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to think on their feet.
- Passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and fostering connections.
