Responsibilities

Administrative Management

• Handling meeting scheduling, coordinating agendas, and managing communications within the marketing team and other departments.

Support in Marketing Projects

• Assists in the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, and tracking tasks and deadlines.

Data Analysis

• Helps to collect and analyze data related to marketing campaigns and customer experience to generate reports and provide recommendations.

Resource Management

• Manages resources needed for marketing activities, such as budgets, promotional materials, and tools.

Customer Experience Coordination:

• Ensures that marketing initiatives align with customer expectations, overseeing the implementation of strategies that improve the user experience.

Internal and External Communication

• Facilitates communication between marketing teams and other areas, and helping to manage relationships with suppliers and partners.

Qualifications & Experience
