LATAM Food & Beverage Manager
Job Title: LATAM Food & Beverage Manager

Reporting to: VP Operations LATAM
Employment Type: Full-time (Employee Contract)
Job Summary:
The LATAM Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for leading the F&B team and operations across the region with about 45 operations and VK Brands in every hotel, taking full ownership of the Food and Beverage business in various countries. This role includes managing all F&B locations through site visits and remote meetings to determine, communicate, and oversee the execution of strategies aimed at improving performance.
Additionally, the manager will handle external partner relations and identify new F&B partnerships as needed. The role requires the development and implementation of efficient processes, as well as designing a business plan that enhances commercial performance through key performance indicators, business intelligence analysis, and brand standard assessments.
The primary focus will be on four key areas: business planning and analytics, management development, new openings, and partner management.
Responsibilities:
Venue Profitability:
Manage the F&B P&L across the region.
Achieve F&B operational goals and targets, monitoring performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Ensure product, service, and venue quality through audits and visits to different locations.
Provide guidance and support to venue managers and partners to maximize profitability.
Identify and execute partnership opportunities for restaurants and bars in coordination with local leadership and global directives.
Venue Operations:
Train and mentor F&B staff at each location.
Support the Global F&B in designing, specifying, and structuring the regional F&B offering.
Identify, negotiate, and onboard internal and external F&B partners in line with company standards, in coordination with the Global F&B department.
Lead the monitoring and enforcement of F&B standards in the region.
Oversee the rollout and supervision of F&B concepts, formats (cafes, bars, restaurants), space layouts, and menus.
Develop strategies to scale F&B products while maintaining global standards and ensuring local relevance in new openings.
Act as a strategic partner in developing and implementing F&B technologies (POS, inventory systems, etc.) to improve performance and share best practices across locations.
Collaborate with revenue management and commercial teams to meet revenue and breakfast sales targets.
Work with B2B sales teams to achieve event sales goals.
Lead recruitment for all F&B staff in the region.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bilingual: English and Spanish or Portuguese, depending on location.
Minimum 7 years of experience in various F&B roles, including at least 2 years managing multiple locations with full P&L and operational responsibility.
Deep expertise in F&B, with a focus on Service, Sales, and Marketing.
Strong financial and P&L management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
