CRO Reservations Agent (INTERN)

The CRO Reservations Agent will respond to all booking requests, inquiries, and opportunities through various channels. Additionally, they will seek new business opportunities and promote sales to achieve budget targets in accommodation, food & beverage (F&B), transportation & tourism (T&T), and coworking.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Process most reservations via email, phone, WhatsApp, or referrals from central booking systems.
• Guide clients to convert sales opportunities.
• Support the sales team with booking requests.
• Meet sales targets based on a weekly budget.
• Be responsible for processing or collecting payments when necessary.
• Prepare closing reports for accountability.
