What We’re Looking For: We're looking for a passionate and experienced Country Finance Director to join our incredible team! This role is pivotal in supporting and collaborating with our country team while reporting directly to the Head of the department. You’ll keep the team aligned, drive financial excellence, and ensure smooth operations across all our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Management

• Oversee accounting operations for all construction sites and locations.
• Manage banking relationships and outsourced functions.

💼 Transactions

• Maintain an organized accounting filing system and control over financial transactions.
• Ensure payments are prepared by verifying documentation and disbursements.
• Process regional payroll in a timely manner.
• Ensure periodic bank reconciliations are completed.

📈 Reporting

• Issue monthly financial statements for the country.
• Coordinate preparation of the corporate quarterly and annual reports.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and financial metrics.

📝 Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local and state reporting requirements, including tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit.
• Ensure all protocols adhere to brand standards across locations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of Finance & Accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures (accounts payable, general ledger, etc.).
• Experience with corporate financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, etc.).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong work ethic, well-organized, self-starter.
• Attention to detail, professional attitude, and reliability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
